Thank you for shopping at ToGifted. We create personalized and made-to-order gifts designed to feel meaningful, personal and special. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Most of our products are personalized or made to order. This means your order may require production time before it is shipped.
Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
During busy periods, holidays, product launches or high-demand seasons, processing times may be longer.
Personalized Products
Personalized products are created using the details provided by the customer, such as names, initials, dates or uploaded photos.
Please make sure all personalization details are correct before placing your order. Incorrect names, dates, initials, photos or spelling submitted by the customer may delay the order or result in the product being made exactly as submitted.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination country, shipping method, customs processing and carrier delays.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–20 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 7–18 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 7–18 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 8–22 business days after dispatch
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–25 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days after dispatch
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Any free shipping offers, discounts or promotions will be shown at checkout if applicable.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
ToGifted is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import procedures or local authorities.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect, incomplete or misspelled shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at togiftedcontact@gmail.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier if tracking is available.
Delivery delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at togiftedcontact@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you investigate the issue.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Shipping fees may not be refundable in these situations.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged package and product.
If the issue is approved, we will offer a suitable solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes Before Shipping
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been placed.
