At ToGifted, we create thoughtful and personalized gifts made to feel special. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Personalized Products

Most of our products are personalized or made to order. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Products with custom names
  • Products with uploaded photos
  • Products with initials
  • Products with custom dates
  • Any item made specifically according to your personalization details
Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or there has been a mistake on our side.

Please make sure all personalization details, names, initials, photos and dates are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged during delivery

If the issue is approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, store credit or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns where the customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item caused by us, we will cover the return shipping cost where required.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For eligible returns, we refund the product price and standard delivery costs where required by applicable law. Extra shipping upgrades, express shipping fees or additional service fees may not be refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized products are made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations if production has not started yet.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been placed.

Wrong Personalization Details

We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong initials, wrong dates, low-quality uploaded photos or any other personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please double-check all custom details before completing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products with custom names, photos, dates or initials
  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without approval

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
